I was born a storyteller and in 2020 I published my first book written to share my family's story of waiting to adopt. My publisher encouraged me to “share it on social media,” and that’s when I quickly discovered the constant frustration of keeping up with platforms and pressure to show up every single day.

 

That experience is what led me to create Refuel Social Media. As a wife, mom, author, and business owner, I understand how valuable time is and how easy it is to waste it on content that doesn’t move the needle (or get you a new client).

 

My mission is simple: to help other service-based business owners grow their businesses, and stay visible without feeling like they have to become an influencer or spend hours on their phone.
